Betty is a yogi and the driving force for hand-crafted, refined and elevated teas made with respect for the best of natural ingredients. Summer is a baker who has specialized in baking hand pies inspired by the bakery cafes of Australia. As the friends saw it, they could take the best of Japanese tea traditions and soften and enhance them with the Australian penchant for making everything fun.
